CAP TOWERS
CAP TOWERS project will be built on the seafront, on the Docks site located on BD Mohamed IV, opposite the bay of Tangier. Designed in the image of the pearl of the North and the entire region. CAP TOWERS project proposes a more structured and modern perception of the urban space. It intends to become a symbol of the city, of its identity. It is a modern architecture, but fully respectful of the rich architectural heritage of Tangier. The project is located near one of the city’s neo-Moorish heritage, one of whose most fascinating relics is undoubtedly the Welcome City. The project consists of 7 residential towers of 24 floors with apartments of 2 bedrooms, 3 bedrooms, lofts, duplexes, penthouses, but also an office tower of 18 floors, and local shops. In this project, we opted for open-air shops, directly accessible from the various development roads that serve the site. The shopping mall and the business center have been designed to free up a pedestrian esplanade on the ground floor
Coral Towers

Jinane Tanger
The JINANE TANGER project is a 6-storey multifunctional project with residential buildings, a business center with offices and a gallery. The apartments are studios, 2-bedroom and 3-bedroom, with functional layouts and quality finishes. The project is located in the center of the city, along the Rue de Fés. The project also includes a private garden located on the 1st floor, accessible from the apartment and office buildings. The architecture is contemporary, of high standing and draws its character from the programmatic mix of the project. The project contains 2 levels of parking.
Tasnim Residences
The Tasnim Residences project is a 9-storey multifunctional project with residential buildings, a business center with offices for rent, commercial premises on the ground floor and mezzanine. The apartments are 2 and 3 bedroom types, with functional layouts and quality finishes. The project is located in the city center, 300 m from the wilaya of Tangier, and 3 km from the TGV station of Tangier City. Residents of the site will enjoy a secure environment and a strategic location. The 5 m setback from the street allows for safer building entrances and a landscaped area in this strip around the project.
Ocean View
The Ocean View project is an 11-storey high standing residential building in a quiet and elegant environment, in the heart of the Corniche of Tangier. Ocean View is a modern and secure residence, with a modern architecture and a panoramic view of the bay of Tangier.
